Myles Garrett arrives as Vecna from ‘Stranger Things’ ahead of Browns’ ‘Monday Night Football’ Halloween game vs. Bengals

Myles Garrett is really going all-in on “Stranger Things” for Halloween this year.

The feared Browns defensive end was walking through the tunnels at FirstEnergy Stadium ahead of Cleveland’s “Monday Night Football” clash with the Bengals dressed as the show’s season four villain Vecna.

Vecna, for those who aren’t big “Stranger Things” fans, is a being in an alternate dimension called the Upside Down. Mild spoiler alert for those who haven’t seen the show β€” it’s been out since July β€” Vecna has a gruesome way of killing off characters in the show, snapping their limps and popping out their eyes.

This has been a bit of a theme this year for Garrett, who also decorated his yard as the Upside Down with the corpses of quarterbacks he’s sacked. Joe Burrow, Cincinnati’s QB, is dangling in the air in front of Vecna, which is what happened to characters that were about to be killed by the antagonist.

Perhaps all the more fearsome for the Bengals and Burrow is that Garrett is more than capable of putting a fright into Cincinnati’s quarterback. The Bengals have allowed the third-most sacks in the league this year. Garrett has six sacks this season, tied for sixth entering Monday, though that includes several players that have already played eight games this season.

Garrett has sacked Burrow 4.5 times since the third-year quarterback entered the league in three games.

If Burrow’s hoping to avoid too much pressure from Garrett, he’ll need to make sure he’s got his favorite Kid Cudi song loaded up in his helmet during the game.
