What channel is Seahawks vs. Cardinals on today? Time, TV schedule for NFL Week 9 game

We have a battle of the birds in an NFC West clash as the Seahawks and the Cardinals go head-to-head on Sunday.

Seattle enters Week 9 in first place in the division with a record of 5-3, while Arizona sits at the bottom of the NFC West at 3-5. It is the second time these teams have met this season, with the Seahawks previously winning in Week 6 with a 19-9 victory.

Geno Smith and the Seahawks come in winners of three in a row and four out of their last five, most recently handing the Giants their second loss of the season in a 27-13 decision. The veteran QB had another efficient performance last week, completing 23 of his 34 pass attempts for 212 yards and two touchdowns.

Both Tyler Lockett and D.K. Metcalf had receiving scores in the win, with Lockett hauling in five catches for 63 yards and Metcalf adding six receptions for 55. Rookie running back Kenneth Walker III rushed for 51 yards on 18 carries, and put the game away late in the fourth with a 16-yard rushing TD.

For the Cardinals, they have lost three out of their last four contests, coming off a 34-26 defeat at the hands of the Vikings. Murray had an up-and-down day, throwing for 326 yards and three touchdowns, but also tossing two interceptions as well.

In his second game of the season, DeAndre Hopkins again proved why he’s long been one of the top wide receivers in the league. He caught 12 passes for 159 yards and a touchdown, his second consecutive game day with double-digit receptions and at least 100 receiving yards.

As we reach the halfway point in the season, this is a game that has major ramifications down the line for the NFC West. The Cardinals can inch closer to .500 with a win, while the Seahawks can push the Cardinals down further in the standings if they can grab the home win.
